Is the solution when the resistance of wax/resin qualities in the near-edge area is no longer sufficient. It can be used on all label printers and direct print systems up to a maximum print speed of 200 mm/s, depending on the print image also up to 300 mm/s. It is very sensitive and can be used with low energy settings on all materials, from vellum and cardboard for tags, to polyester and packaging films. It is flexible with different settings and can also be used on flat-head printers.

This quality prints very black with the highest resolution fine lines, small type, barcodes and graphics. The print has good mechanical resistance and basic resistance to mild chemicals. When subjected to mechanical stress, it can withstand temperatures up to approx. 110°C. resistNE / N 544 Sw is resistant to water and water vapour and is used for printing packaging that is cooked with contents. It is approved for use in the food sector. Other applications are hang tags in the textile sector that easily survive a steam ironing process without discolouration. A large area of application is direct printing on packaging films (TTO) mon lot numbers and best before dates.

Product range

We supply this ribbon quality in the standard dimensions of the compact range, which cover the majority of possible applications, from a minimum quantity of 1 carton. The cartons are all the same size for practical onward shipping and contain between 5 and 30 rolls, depending on the roll size. In addition, we supply special widths from 50 rolls, as well as custom-made ribbons in every possible dimension and design!

Character

The print with resistNE / N 544 Sw has good mechanical resistance and basic resistance to mild chemicals. With simultaneous mechanical stress, it is resistant to water vapour up to 110°C.

Shelf life and storage conditions

In principle termal transfer ribbons have a long shelf live. We guarantee that, if stored correctly ( temperature: 5 - 35 °C, relative humidity: 30 - 80 % ) our ribbons remain in perfect condition for use for 1 year from delivery.
