Is the solution when the resistance of wax/resin qualities in the near-edge range is no longer sufficient. It can be used on direct printing systems (TTO) and all label printers up to a maximum print speed of 250 mm/s, depending on the print image also up to much higher print speeds in TTO printers. It is very sensitive and can be used with low energy settings on all materials, from vellum and cardboard for hang tags to polyester and packaging films. It is flexible in terms of different settings and can also be used on flat-head printers.

This quality prints fine lines, small lettering, barcodes and graphics very black with the highest resolution. The print has good mechanical resistance, better than that of resistNE - N 544 Sw quality, and also slightly higher basic resistance to mild chemicals. It can withstand temperatures of up to approx. 110°C when subjected to mechanical stress. N 545 Sw was developed as a more resistant variant of N 544 Sw especially for use on direct printing systems (TTO) and for printing packaging films.

For an optimal use of material and the best price, the jumbo roll width should be used completely. The minimum quantity for a made-to-measure order is 200m².

Character

The print with N 545 Sw has good mechanical resistance and basic resistance to mild chemicals. With simultaneous mechanical stress, it is resistant to water vapour up to 110°C.

Shelf life and storage conditions

In principle termal transfer ribbons have a long shelf live. We guarantee that, if stored correctly ( temperature: 5 - 35 °C, relative humidity: 30 - 80 % ) our ribbons remain in perfect condition for use for 1 year from delivery.
