T 450 Sw is one of the best wax/resin qualities for flat-head printers. It prints on practically all label materials, from vellum and coated papers to PE, PP and PET films.  It leaves no marks on heavily pigmented, matt paper surfaces and is ideal for such coated materials.

The T 450 Sw is approved for use in the food sector.

In terms of print quality, a combination of the criteria of sensitivity, resolution of fine elements and optical density of the print, it is superior to all other wax/resin qualities. And this on all standard test materials.  It achieves excellent printing results over a wide temperature range and is therefore also the most flexible wax/resin quality.

It is sensitive and therefore  gentle on the print head and, thanks to its tried-and-tested backcoating, has also proven its worth with very large print volumes.

The mechanical resistance of the print against smearing is good, against erasing with a rubber almost very good. In terms of chemicals, it achieves high resistance to alcohol (IPA), and the print is very resistant to brake fluid, on a par with resin qualities.

Product range

We supply this ribbon quality in the standard dimensions of the compact range, which cover the majority of possible applications, from a minimum quantity of 1 carton.  The cartons are all the same size for practical onward shipping and contain between 6 and 36 rolls, depending on the roll size.
